Bristol Infracare LIFT Ltd (BIL)

Established in May 2004 to provide new primary health care and social care buildings for Bristol.

The company is a Public Private Partnership (PPP) with the NHS Primary Care Trust in Bristol, part of the innovative NHS LIFT (Local Improvement Finance Trust) national programme.
